Step 2. MAKE HEALTHY SNACKS.
I cut up carrots into sticks for healthy snacking into a LoveForEarth bag, and add grapes and an apple.
But you can do WHATEVER YOU WANT.
Just make it healthy and easy to snack on.
Step 3. GET MOVING.
Many of us spend far too much time sitting down.
Whether you work at desk, or learn at desk, your bones need a good stretch.
Try this pilates routine.
Or do some simple aerobics.
You can even do DDR or other dancing games.
Go to the gym if you can afford it.
Just get away from the desk for a few minutes.
And move it, move it.
Step 4. KEEP TRACK
Most of us eat too much of one thing or another.
Carbs have been shown to release happy chemicals, making them nye addictive.
So find out what your daily value of carbs, protein, and fats should be everyday.

The first week is going to be painful. I ate horribly the previous week, and am currently going through a raw foods/from scratch detox, and I feel like death on my third day today, but I promise you will feel BETTER when you get used to it. Eating healthy will give you far more energy and longevity to get through your day. You'll see a better work ethic, a better pants size, and a happier you!
